It's not technically leaked, but it still has laws and copyright that Sony can enact. They did the same thing with the preview trailer shown at Comic-Con, not technically leaked, but it wasn't allowed to be posted ANYWHERE without Sony's approval. And they went quickly to take it down.

xxriku: Well, you said its not supposed to have any flow, so I cant comment on that. I would say to pick one color and make it look really nice. The red splatter does nothing for this tag. Text is just wrong. That bubbly text doesnt fit in with the picture or the mood of the picture. That reddish line under the text doesnt either.
